Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the waze2win platform. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Breaching this term may result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of all balances or winnings held within those accounts.
You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. waze2win reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your waze2win account password and login credentials. All activity carried out through your account, whether or not with your knowledge, is your own responsibility. Your waze2win account may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or shared with any other party. Each account is strictly exclusive to its registered owner. Use of the account by anyone else — including family members — constitutes a violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping all information in your waze2win account profile current and accurate at all times, especially your phone number and payment details used to verify fund withdrawals.

All funds deposited into your waze2win account must be legitimately your own. Using another person's credit card or bank account to deposit funds into your waze2win account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and further investigation.
You may submit a withdrawal request from your waze2win account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Waze2win aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 hours of submission. However, under certain circumstances such as security checks or during peak periods, processing may take up to 24 hours. waze2win is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party digital wallet providers.
Waze2win reserves the right to request identity verification before approving a withdrawal request, particularly for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 or in situations requiring additional verification. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), proof of current address, and proof of ownership of the payment account.
All bonuses offered by waze2win — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special bonuses — are subject to wagering requirements specific to each promotion. Wagering requirements define how many times the bonus amount (or the combined bonus and deposit amount in some cases) must be wagered before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
Example: If a RM100 bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement, you must place a total of RM2,000 in bets (RM100 × 20) before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute to wagering requirements at the same rate. Generally, bets placed on slots count 100% towards meeting the wagering requirement. Live casino table games and Sports Betting may contribute at different rates as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. waze2win reserves the right to set different contribution rates for each game or game category.
Some waze2win bonuses carry a maximum winnings cap that can be converted to real cash. This limit will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be automatically forfeited by the system.
Waze2win reserves the right to cancel any bonus and forfeit associated winnings if the platform detects any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies specifically designed to meet turnover requirements at minimal risk, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
Tip: Always read the full terms of each promotion on the waze2win Promotions page before claiming any bonus. Wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and win caps vary across promotions.
All bets that have been confirmed and recorded by the waze2win system are final and cannot be cancelled, except under circumstances specifically stated in the relevant game's terms. You are fully responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming any bet.
Odds displayed on the waze2win platform are in decimal format. Payouts are calculated based on the odds at the time the bet is confirmed, not when it is viewed or entered into the bet slip. waze2win reserves the right to correct any odds displayed in error due to a technical fault — in such cases, bets placed at the incorrect odds may be voided and stakes returned.
Waze2win supports accumulator (parlay) betting, which combines multiple selections into a single bet slip. For an accumulator to win, all selections on the slip must be correct. If any individual selection is voided, it will be removed from the accumulator and the payout recalculated based on the remaining selections.
Waze2win offers Sports Betting markets across a wide range of sports and tournaments, including BWF badminton events (Malaysia Open, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Sudirman Cup, and other Super Series matches), the Malaysia Super League, EPL (English Premier League), FA Cup Malaysia, and a selection of other international leagues and tournaments.
If a match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be voided and the full amount will be returned to your waze2win account. If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the same rule applies unless stated otherwise in the sport-specific terms.
Live betting (in-play) is available for selected matches. Odds change continuously throughout the match. waze2win reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time for technical or operational reasons without prior notice. Bets confirmed by the system prior to any market suspension are valid and will be settled based on the actual match result.
All sports bets on waze2win are settled based on official results declared by the relevant governing body of the sport. Video recordings or broadcasts are not used as a basis for bet settlement. In the event of a discrepancy between announced results, waze2win reserves the right to suspend settlement until a definitive official result is obtained.
All Live Casino games on waze2win are operated by licensed, independently audited third-party providers. Live game results are final once the relevant round concludes. Any technical issues occurring during a round — such as video disconnection or software errors — will be resolved in accordance with the standard procedures of the respective game provider.

Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 12 months from the date of activation.
Waze2win shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses from betting, service disruptions, or any circumstances beyond waze2win's control (force majeure). Use of the waze2win platform is entirely at your own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which waze2win is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
